daily drink 3-4 glasses of water before brushing and wile brushing you will be vomantings and then after that don't eat or drink any thing up to 45 minutes then clausal you can eat any thing and before sleep don't eat heavily mostly sweets please avoid sweets you can loose your abdomin in 45 days in a simply way other wise you can ask me question at ravimedeveloper@gmail.com

most times to reduce flab we will have to do adequate exercise and we have to do stomach crunchs and sit ups also if you can find an ablong exercise machine it is good. most times a lot of calcium in your diet can help, also carbohydrates. calcium will help you to gain lengtgh which will make your navel area flab less noticeable.

how should i know?, but there are some good exersizes for a flat stomak, like shin ups and push up, unsually sit ups too, those are good too, but the best thing is, eating healthy!
