This is difficult to answer as people come in all shapes and sizes, but if we figure that an average person takes up about 2 square feet of space, we could put 20,000 college students in there, but the fire marshal would probably trim that number down. You didn't tell us how tall the ceiling is. We might be able to surf a few thousand more on top. The phone booth stuffing craze of the late fifties used to fit 20-25 people into 60 cubic feet more or less, but there may have been alcohol involved.
