Um... I think you mis-read the question... if you notice, it says 1880's through 1890's, I think you're describing hairstyles for the 1980's through 1990's. lol....well i had a few styles.....once was shaved up at the back and sides and curly perm on the top. that used to put hair mousse on then let it dry. then i had a curly perm all over and blowdryed the top going back with a round brush to get it full. then scrunch the back full spraying with gel spray for extra volume.. big hair and spikes where the rage... we used to use sugar and warm water mixed together to make our hair stand on end...lol funny times.....
