answer is-

steven can mix 4 drinks per min (20/5 = 4),same way sue & jack can mix 2 & 1.3 drinks respectively. So now all three can mix 7.3 drinks in 1 min.so for mixing 20 drinks they will take (20/7.3) 2.74 mins i.e 2 mins & 44 seconds.
