When scientists refer to the speed of light, they're talking about the photons which make up light. Darkness is the absence of light; hence, there are no photons. There is nothing to measure. The speed of darkness is undefined as there is no quanta making up darkness. Put simply: There is no speed of darkness!
A photon is a fundamental particle with zero rest-mass which forces it to travel at the maximum possible speed. It can not be accelerated or decelerated. However, it can be absorbed and re-emitted. Therefore it is possible to slow down a stream of photons through a material. The photon is the force-carrier for electromagnetic radiation. Light is electromagnetic radiation.
Darkness is the absence of electro-magnetic radiation.
There is no serious equivalent theory of dark although it's possible to create a surprisingly reasonable toy-theory for the fun of it.

The motto of Cadet College Kohat is 'From Darkness Unto Light'.
There are 299792458 metres.
The speed of light in vacuum expressed in meters per second
Light travels at 299792458 meters per second in a vacuum.
Light travels at 299792458 meters per second in a vacuum.
Light travels at 299792458 meters per second in a vacuum.
The speed of light in a vacuum is exactly 299792458 m/s
Light, in a vacuum.
Light does.
The frequency, or number of cycles per second is measured, then divide the speed of light in meters per second (299,792,458) by frequency to get wavelength in meters. Example: 7 Mhz = 7,000,000 hz 299792458 / 7000000 = 42.8 meters.
By definition, it is 299792458 metres per second.299,792,458 m/s in a vacuum.
1 nautical mile = 1852 meters Speed of light = 299 792 458 m / s Speed of Light = (299792458/1852) nautical miles / second One hour has 60 minutes, each has 60 seconds. 60x60 = 3600 seconds in a hour. In 1 second, light travels 299792458/1852 nautical miles. In 3600 seconds, light travels (299792458/1852)x3600, which is approximately: 582749918,3585 nautical miles / hour
The speed of light is around 300,000 km per second or 299,792,458 meters per second in a vacuum.
