COuld you restate the question so it makes more sense? Are you asking what the differences are from PS3 to PS2 or the differences from PS3 to Xbox 360?...or something completely different? I'd love to help if you could be a bit more specific.
The related link shows the differences between and identifies the 4 generations of PS3 models since it's original release.
Yes HDMI cables do not have to say they are for PS3 to work on the PS3 and HDTV. Not all the HDMI cables are the same quality and there are a considerable number of opinions about how much to spend on HDMI cables and whether the high priced cables offer any benefit. Personally I would purchase a Brand name HDMI cable of High Quality over one found where the shipping is a greater cost than the cable. There are definitely differences in the construction of the different cables that can be seen and felt in an examination of the cables. Whether the differences are a factor in the HD signal transfer from the PS3 to the HDTV is another matter. I have a Sony HDTV and since PS3 was also Sony purchased a Sony Flat HDMI cable at Walmart for $20 more than the other HDMI cables Walmart offered. I just wanted to be sure that I was getting a great signal for the Blu-Ray discs.
nyco ps3 intercooler
No PS3 games were developed with the PS3 system's capabilities considered. PS2 games were not developed for the PS3 and play like on a PS2 because to play the game on a PS3 the console must act like a PS2.
sadly there is no gameshark for ps3
none the PS3 has it own PS3 eye
ps3 has free internet xbox has better games
No PS3 uses Bluetooth for the controllers besides the other differences
Xbox is paid live, as the PS3 is free online. Both consoles have exclusive games. Xbox has DVD's, PS3 has blu-ray disks.
Yes, there are a few minor differences between the two. The original PS3 takes up a lot more energy to run than the slim PS3 does. Also the original PS3 has a much larger and noisier fan than the slim PS3. However, there is no difference in the preformance of either version.
While there are minor differences, most people prefer the PS3 version because it reminds them f the PS2 version, which was spectacular.
no due to differences in television and voltage standards see related link
no they are completely different. The PS2 does not have the power, Blu-ray disc drive and Harddrive just to start naming the differences.
The main differences between these two devices is the actual size of the device and the hard drive. The PS3 slim also cannot stand up vertically and you cannot install another operating system on it.
The online play for the xbox and ps3 versions in virtually identical. There were slight differences in the release of dlc and patches for both console, with the Xbox version getting them first in most cases.
The oldest ones can play PS2, PS1 and PS3 games the newer ones can play PS1 and PS3 games and the newest is smaller and can play PS1 and PS3 games The PS3 slim uses less power which helps it not overheat and newly developed hardware. It has a larger harddrive of up to 320 GB 4 times the size of the old 80 GB model. It has an HDMI SYNC built in and many of the rest of the benefits have been added to the older PS3 models with software updates like PS3 Move and 3D or Playstation Plus. Of course those models need to be connected to get the updates
Yes - the only differences between it and the 40GB version is the extra hard-drive space, and the fact that they generally come with the Dualshock 3, with built-in rumble.
a ps3 because its better.
