That number starting with 43... sounds like the possible configurations of a Rubik's Cube.
A Rubik's Cube
However, I'm not sure whether the 43... possible configurations are those reachable from the solved position or the total number possible. (According to wikipedia, the 43... possible configurations are reachable from the solution.)
I think there are 12 "parities" - if a cube is dismantled and randomly put together again, there is only a 1/12 chance that the cube can be solved. (In this case, the total possible combinations are 12 x 43...)
For example, if one edge piece alone is inverted (say on a solved cube with the white and red faces next to each other, the white-red edge piece is inverted with the white side on the red face and the red side on the white face) it is impossible to manipulate the cube using the normal turns to invert this one piece.
There is a maximum number of moves that is relatively small ([much] less than 100) that are needed to get between any of the 43.... possible positions (in each parity).

It takes exactly ten seconds to count to ten in ten seconds.
The duration of Iba-Balita is 1800.0 seconds.

Charge runs between the poles when you connect them with a circuit, or leaks out slowly through parasitic internal paths. Don't expect to light an LED very long, though there are configurations where a few seconds are possible. Of course they should not be self-heating, nor is it good for them to be subject to substantial heat from other sources
I don't believe that its possible.
It is not possible to answer the question without an operator between the terms.
To win a race in two seconds would depend on the type of race that you are running. If the race is to see who goes the farthest in two seconds then it is possible to win.
A minute and 30 seconds are equal to 90 seconds.
