# What is least to greatest?

You have to put them over a common denominator.

These numbers can be expressed as:

66/90 35/90 54/90 50/90

So in order they are:

35/90 50/90 54/90 66/90

Or back in their original terms:

7/18 9/9 3/5 11/15

[Alternatively you could convert them all to decimals.] Wiki User

When you arrange a set of numbers and asked to put them from least to greatest, it means you have to put the smallest number first, then the second smallest, etc.

if you were given 8, 34, 1, 17, 22, 12, and 3

least to greatest would look like: 1, 3, 8, 12, 17, 22, 34 Wiki User

Convert them to improper fractions with common denominators, then order them by their numerators. Wiki User

3/8 < 1/2 < 3/4

An easy way to see this is to convert to decimals:

3/8 = 0.375

1/2 = 0.5 = 0.500

3/4 = 0.75 = 0.750 Wiki User
