Out of all land based games I think Daggerfall is the biggest game world, with over 62000 square miles. Then its LOTRO, Guild Wars Nightfall, Fuel, WoW, TDU, Asheron's Call, Just Cause 2, Burnout Paradise, Oblivion, GTA SA.
The actual miles were not calculated using a fixed speed, so it all depends on what the developer created a game world mile to be.
Out of all of the space games, Eve online and SPORE are the biggest. I have played SPORE but not Eve online, so I cannot be sure. Out of most players, its WoW, and Guild Wars.
