I don't know about Sweden. This answer will give you an idea of what to expect. In Canada a 4 year apprenticeship is broken down into 8 six month terms. First term starts at 65% of journeyman's rate and progresses every six months at 5% intervals So second year would start at 75%, third year 85%, and start of final year at 95%. After passing final exams in 8th, term the apprentice receives full journeyman's wage.

It depends on whether both are certified electricans or not. Often times one electrican is certified and one is an electricans apprentice. If both are certified, I thin the per hour rate would be around $150 - $160. If one is an electrician's apprentice, $130 is probably more reasonable.
