Currently the Samsung Tower Palace in Seoul (866 feet) (completed in 2004). The tallest building in all of Korea however is the Ryongyung Hotel in Pyongyang, North Korea. The Yongsan Dream Tower in South Korea will overtake its North Korean counterpart when construction starts on it in 2011.
