Apart from ringing your local post office and giving your postcode to them and asking, there really is no other way than just waiting to see when he or she comes. Some post men come at 9am, others 3pm and sometimes it changes depending on how many packages and mail they have to give out.

You could also ask your neighbors at what sort of time do they receive their post, I think this is the easiest and fastest way to finding out.
