How much money does a five-star restaurant waiter make a year?

a five star restaurant server can easily make anywhere from 200-400 dollars a day.Think about it. The average check for a party of two is anywhere from 80-200, sometimes 300 dollars. tip 20 percent, and in most cases rich people dining out will always go overboard and end up leaving a very healthy tip.
I personally work at Buffalo Wild Wings and I make anywhere from 40-100 dollars Sun-Thurs, and about 100-175 dollars Sat and Sun.
Waiting tables is not a job for everybody, you have an extreme amount of patience, and put on a happy face all the time.


Where i was working you would make 250 - 500 a night sometimes, 700 /1500. all depending on wine sales usually. It worked out to about 35- 50 an hour over the years. < waiter of 20 years

I think a 60-80 will do for the cause if u expect 3/4 of the rooms got booked everytime
