yes about that. It very much depends on the fly you are talking about. If it is a common house fly it probably is about 3ml but if it is a Bluebottle or a horse fly it would probably be 5-6ml!;)

Mass is typically measured in units of grams or kilograms, not milliliters. The mass of a fly would likely be better expressed as a mass of 0.002-0.004 grams.

If you have a density of 3 ml and a mass of 15 g what is the volume?

To find the volume, you divide the mass by the density. In this case, the volume would be 5 ml (15 g รท 3 ml).

How do you find mass given a density of 3 g per ml and volume of 100 ml?

To find the mass, you can use the formula: mass = density x volume. Given the density of 3 g/ml and the volume of 100 ml, you would calculate 3 g/ml x 100 ml = 300 grams. Thus, the mass of the substance is 300 grams.

The mass of 100 ml of mercury is 1350 g In this case what is the calculated density of mercury?

Density is calculated as mass divided by volume. In this case, the mass is 1350 g and the volume is 100 ml. Converting 100 ml to cubic centimeters (1 ml = 1 cm^3), the density of mercury is 13.5 g/cm^3.

What is the density of an object that has a mass of 30g and a volume of 10 ml?

The density of the object is 3 g/ml. Density is calculated by dividing the mass of an object by its volume. In this case, 30g divided by 10ml equals 3 g/ml.

3000ml of water has a mass of how much kgs?

3000 ml of water has a mass of 3 kg.

The density of a subject with the mass of 51 grams and volume of 3ml is?

The density of the subject is calculated by dividing the mass (51 grams) by the volume (3 ml). So, density = mass / volume = 51 g / 3 ml = 17 g/ml. Therefore, the density of the subject is 17 grams per milliliter.

What is the density of something with a mass of 2.73 grams and 3 mL?

To get the density, just divide the mass by the volume.

What is the density of a unknown substance with a mass of 15 and a volume of exactly 20 mL?

density = mass/volume density = 15/20 = 3/4 units/ml

What is the density of the acid in a car battery if 200 mL of the acid had a mass of 240g?

density = mass / volume Given mass = 240 g = 240*10^-3 kg volume = 200 mL = 200*10^-6 m^3 Hence density = 1.2*10^3 kg/m^3 Or 1200 kg/m^3

If a rock had the mass of 25.1 g and volume of 3 ml What is the density of the rock?

The density of the rock can be calculated by dividing its mass by its volume. In this case, the density of the rock would be 25.1 g / 3 ml = 8.37 g/ml.

An object has a mass of 22.15 g and a volume of 4.23 mL What is its density?

Density is mass per volume (mass/volume)(mass divided by volume). 22.15 g/4.23 ml = 5.24 g/ml Why don't you just do your own homework next time? ^^^ How about shut up :3

What is the density of mercury if a 25.0 mL sample has a mass of 338.35 g?

The density of mercury is found by dividing its mass by volume. In this case, the density is 13.53 g/mL.
