Don't overload it. Your circuit may not be large enough. If it is 15 amps at 110 volts I'd bet that's it. If it shares a circuit with lights or other equipment that may be a major factor also.
No. They're different. "Newton" is a unit of force. "Joule" is a unit of energy. A small force (1 newton) that pushes a basketball 10 miles can deliver more energy than a large force (a thousand newtons) that pushes it 1 foot.
There will be 'stop taps' for each of the services located somewhere in the premises. The water stop tap is usually just inside the front door - under the floorboards. The Electricity turns off at the meter - usually a big red switch. The gas supply is turned off by operating a large metal lever attached to the gas meter.
A neuronal circuit that concentrates or directs a large number of incoming impulses to a rather small number of neurons is called a convergent circuit. In this type of circuit, multiple inputs converge onto one or a few output neurons, allowing for integration and processing of information from various sources.
I would wonder if the items that are tripping the breaker are being plugged into the same outlet. There could be a problem with the outlet or the wiring in the box in the wall that the outlet is mounted in. If one of the screws on the back of the outlet that connects the wire to the outlet is loose, there would be a possibility of seeing your problem. Also, breakers can and do go bad. The more they pop, the more worn out they get. If you feel comfortable, you could try swapping the breaker in the box with another one of the same amp rating or just buy a new one since they aren't too expensive. You'll still have your old one as a spare or for an additional circuit to be added later. The TV could also act as a large capacitor and draw alot of current right when its turned on and charging up(like lights dimming when you turn something like a tv on)
