To convert milligrams per liter (mg/l) to milligrams, you need a volume of the substance in question, and then you'll just multiply the two together. In "math speak" here, ( mg/liter ) times ( liters ) equal mg. See where we're going? The first unit is a density, which is weight (mass) per unit of volume. If you have a density of a material and you have a stated volume of the material, you can multiply them together to find out how much mass of that substance you have. If you have oxygen, its density is about 1.429 grams/ liter at STP. That converts to 1429 mg/liter. And if you have, say, 10 liters of the oxygen, you'll have 10 liters x 1429 mg/liter = 14,290 mg of oxygen.

To convert millimolar to milligrams per liter, you need to know the molar mass of the substance. Multiply the millimolar value by the molar mass, then multiply by 1000 to get milligrams. This value is equivalent to milligrams per liter as 1 milligram per liter is equal to 1 millimole per liter.

it depends on what the molecular weight is of the substance you have in micromoles. For example 1 mol of acetate = 60g or 60000 mg.

there are 1 000 000 micromols in 1 mol. so if you had 200 micromoles per ml, that would be

200 x 60000/100000 = 12 mg

no micromols you have x weight of 1 mol in micrograms/1000000

molar means moles per liter so you dont need to worry about different volumes.

so... number of moles = mass / molecular mass. firstly divide millimolar by 1000 to get into molar. so multiply number of moles by the molecular weight. and that is your answer in grams. multiply by 1000 to get into mg/litre, or parts per million as it is also known

To convert this you need to divide 1mg by the molecular weight of the compound in question. When you do this, the volume is the same, so there is no further adjustment needed.

How do you convert milligrams per dl to grams per liter?

To convert milligrams per deciliter (mg/dL) to grams per liter (g/L), you can multiply by 0.1. This is because there are 100 deciliters in a liter and 1 gram is equal to 1000 milligrams. So, to convert, simply divide the value in mg/dL by 1000 to get the value in g/L.

How do you convert milligrams per liter to ounces of solution?

To convert milligrams per liter to ounces of solution, you need to know the density of the solution. Once you have the density, you can use the following formula: ounces = (milligrams per liter) x (density in ounces per liter) / 1000. This will give you the amount of solution in ounces.

What is 667.54 milligrams per liter into grams per ton?

To convert from milligrams per liter (mg/L) to grams per ton, we first convert milligrams to grams by dividing by 1000 (since there are 1000 milligrams in a gram). Then, since there are 1000 liters in a ton, we multiply by 1000 to convert grams per liter to grams per ton. 667.54 mg/L = 0.66754 g/L 0.66754 g/L * 1000 = 667.54 g/ton

How do you convert gram per cubic centimeter to milligram per litter?

To convert grams per cubic centimeter (g/cm^3) to milligrams per liter (mg/L), you need to multiply by 1000. This is because there are 1000 milligrams in a gram and 1000 cubic centimeters in a liter.

How do you convert milligram per liter to milligram per Kilogram of sand?

To convert milligrams per liter (mg/L) to milligrams per kilogram (mg/kg) for sand, you need to know the density of sand to account for the volume change. Once you have the density, you can multiply the mg/L value by 1000 (since 1 liter of water is approximately 1 kilogram) and divide by the density of sand to get the mg/kg value.
