Most people, about 95%, but some countries, like Canada and the UK use a lot of imperial units. In the UK, it is illegal to use metres on distance road signs and is illegal to serve draught beer in litres, along with doorstep milk.

The metric system is used by every country in the world EXCEPT the USA.

Some sources claim Myanmar (Burma) and Liberia do not use the metric system, but some sources say they do. In the UK a few non-metric units are still in use, for example speed limits are in miles per hour.
