Our rule of thumb is one ton per 300 sf. One ton of air conditioning is 400 CFM. Obviously the climate , amount of windows, shading of windows and the quality of construction plays a major role in this rule of thumb. In Death Valley one would expect to need more CFM than in Anchorage AK.

The recommended standard for air flow in commercial buildings is around 20-25 cubic feet per minute (CFM) per square foot of office space. This ensures adequate ventilation and air quality for occupants. It's important to consult with an HVAC professional to determine the specific air flow requirements for a particular office space.

2040 cubic feet is equal to how many square feet?

Cubic feet and square feet measure different things. Cubic feet measure volume (3D space) while square feet measure area (2D space). Therefore, you cannot convert 2040 cubic feet directly to square feet without knowing the dimensions of the space.

How much square feet is 1400 cubic feet?

This is not a correct conversion. Cubic feet is a measure of volume while square feet is a measure of area.

Is furnace volume measured in square feet or cubic feet?

Furnace volume is typically measured in cubic feet, not square feet. This measurement refers to the total space within the furnace where combustion takes place and heat is generated. Square feet is used to measure the surface area of a space, while cubic feet measures the total three-dimensional volume.

How do you convert 200 square feet into cubic feet?

To convert square feet to cubic feet, you need a third dimension. You can only convert square feet to cubic feet if you know the height or depth of the space. If you provide the height or depth in feet, we can help you convert 200 square feet into cubic feet.

14000 cubic feet per minute is equal to how many square feet?

The units of cubic feet per minute and square feet are not directly convertible because they measure different quantities (volume and area). To convert from cubic feet to square feet, you would need more information about the shape or dimensions of the space.

What does 400 square feet equal to in cubic feet?

To convert square feet to cubic feet, you need to know the height or depth of the space. If the height is 1 foot, then 400 square feet would equal 400 cubic feet. However, if the height is different, you would need to multiply the square footage by the height in feet to get the cubic footage. For example, if the height is 10 feet, then 400 square feet would equal 4000 cubic feet.

What is the ratio between square feet and Cubic ft?

There is no direct ratio between square feet and cubic feet as they measure different aspects of an object. Square feet measure the surface area of a two-dimensional space, while cubic feet measure the volume of a three-dimensional space. It would depend on the specific dimensions of the object being measured.

How to covert 286 square feet to cubic meters?

If a chamber is 5.02 cubic feet how many square feet is it?

A chamber's volume is measured in cubic feet, not square feet. If the chamber has a volume of 5.02 cubic feet, it does not have a measurement in square feet. Square feet are used to measure the area of a flat surface, not the volume of a three-dimensional space like a chamber.

How many cubic feet in 132 sq feet?
