1920 x 1080mm is equivalent to approximately 75.6 x 42.52".

This can be converted by simply dividing both numbers by the 25.4mm/inch conversion factor.

I just happened to notice that 1920 x 1080 is the resolution of high definition video. Just in case, I thought I would mention that this is a measure of the number of pixels in the image, not the dimensions in mm.

Pixels are usually quite smaller than 1 mm across. My HD monitor has 1920 pixels horizontally, but is only around 540mm across (not 1.9m). This comes out to be about 4 pixels per mm.
