Kilometers cannot be converted to liters. Kilometers are a measure of distance. Liters are a measure of volume.
Kilometres are linear measurements whilst litres are volume measurements so are incompatible.

there is no direct conversion of m into l or vice versa .But , cubic m and l are related to each other .

1 cubic m =1000 l.
