There are no kilometers in a ton! Kilometers and tons measure different things: kilometers measure distance, while tons measure weight. It looks like requesting the number from apples that are in a second - they're not basically indistinguishable units.

Perhaps you were contemplating a substitute unit? For example, a "ton-kilometer" (tkm) is a unit used in transportation to evaluate how much work done by moving one ton of cargo more than one kilometer. Thusly, accepting you have 10 tons of cargo moved for 50 kilometers, that would be 500 ton-kilometers.

Ton is an unit of mass and kilometre is a unit of length. They can't be compared.

Maybe you mean kilogram?

1 metric ton (tonne) is equal to 1,000 kilograms.

1 short ton (US) is equal to 907.1846 kilograms.

1 long ton (UK) is equal to 1,016.047 kilograms.

None, since there can be no conversion. A kilometre is a measure of length in 1-dimensional space while a tonne is a measure of mass. The two measure different things and, according to basic principles of dimensional analysis, conversion from one to the other is not valid.

There is no direct conversion between kilometers and tonnes because they are units of different measures (distance and weight, respectively).

Kilometres is a measure of LENGTH, and the Tonne is a measure of Mass or Weight (on Earth). So, the question is not valid.
