23.32 mph

Here is how i did it.

There is .00062137 miles per meter

so... 200 meters * (.00062137 miles / 1 meter) = .123274 miles

There is .0002777 hours per second

so... 19.19 seconds * (.0002777 hours / 1 second) = .005329 hours

Take the totals miles he ran and divide the total amount of hours he ran

.123274 miles / .005329 hours = 23.32032276 miles / hours

200 metres in 19.3 sec = 200 x 60 x 60 / 19.3 metres in 1 hour

1 mile = 1609.344 metres

so speed = (200 x 60 x 60) /(19.3 x 1609.344) mph = 23.18 mph
