None. A millimeter is a length. A liter is a volume. Perhaps you mean how many cubic millimeters are there in 45 liters? 1 liter is 1000 cubic centimeters, or 1 million cubic millimeters, so 45 liters will have 45 million cubic millimeters.

"Millimeter" is a unit of length, and "liter" is a unit of volume. If those units could be
converted one to the other, you'd be able to figure out how many quarts wide your
bedroom is, and how many inches of soda you drank over the weekend.

You cannot associate volume and length. length is one dimensional and volume is 3 dimensional. If you meant millilitres, there are 55,000 millilitres in 55 litres.

millimetres is a measure of length, litres is a measure of volume, ask the question again if you meant to ask 'how many milliletres in litres'
