K = C o + 273.16 ...... (1)


and

C 0 = (F o - 32) x 5/9 ...(2)

Then, substitute for C o from eq 2 in 1 :

K = (F o - 32) x 5/9 + 273.16

or

K = F o x 5/9 + 255.382 (for specific temperature)
