i found on my own the answer. Bogota is in a high andean basin so it would be #2 since the orinoco river does drain into the amazon. almost all rivers in upper and mid Brazil do. i answered this for then next poor person trying to find the answer, It was in the text but you had to read between the line, it was implied.
