It depends, they are strong in different aspects like Real Strength I would say Zaraki or Ichigo cause he is the main character but in friendship, i prefer renji.So it depends
In friendship i say ichigo because i don't see renji fighting for his friends like ichigo because in his 2th battle with ulquiorra because he wouldn't give up even after getting tossed through buildings because he wanted to save orihime . And in strength i saw ichigo cause he was able to move the earth by swinging his sword against Aizen in their 3 fight.
