In theory, for every hair that falls out, there is a new one growing. If you lose 100 a day, you shouldn't have less on your head.

If you lose 150 hairs per day for 10 days, you would have lost 1500 hairs total. The change in the number of hairs you have would be a decrease of 1500 hairs.

Assuming that the giant is proportional in size to a human, it would most likely have a normal number of giant hairs.

How many hairs does an African lion have?

There is an unestimated amount of hairs on a lion because every lion has a different number of hairs. If i were to estimate it it would probably be over a million.

How long would it take to count the hairs on your head?

The number varies (commonly, redheads have somewhat fewer hairs, while blonds have more), but the number of hairs on your head is roughly 100,000. If you count non-stop, one per second, it would take you 27.78 hours.

How many hairs are there in the world?

This is a very hard question to answer. If you want to know how many human hairs, we can look at current estimates of the world population but different people with different hair colors seem to have different numbers of hairs. For example, BLONDE - 140,000 strands; BROWN - 110,000 strands; BLACK - 108,000 strands; RED - 90,000 strands So it is possible to estimate the number of each of these type of people in the world and then multiply that. We could average the number of hairs on a human head and multiply by the number of people. This ends up being a pretty crude estimate. We could use 100,00 hairs as an average and multiply by 6,783,557,000 which is an estimate of the world population. This answer ignores the other hairs on the human body. The ones that are not on your head. Furthermore, one needs to understand that any estimate for the number of hairs in the world would change by millions every day. People loose and gain hair all the time. Also, the population of the world changes dramatically every minute. So any such estimate needs to look at two rapidly changing numbers. Next problem is are we only talking about human hairs? Animals have hairs too and if you add that to the problem, it becomes even more complicated. I think it is worth taking a moment to understand the complexity of making such as estimate for such a simple question. It demonstrates an important concept in science known as the uncertainty principle. By the time we could possibly count all the hairs, the value would have changed enough to make our count almost worthless!

How many hairs would be on the head of an eleven year old child?

The number of hair depends on individuals. It also depends on the race, gender and many other factors. Generally speaking, the average number of hairs of an adult is 70000 to 90000. The number of hairs of an eleven year old kid should be similar to this number.

Can there be at least two dogs with the same number of hairs on their bodies?

Yes, it is possible for two dogs to have the same number of hairs on their bodies, especially if they are of the same breed. Hair count can vary among individual dogs, but it is not uncommon for two dogs to have a similar number of hairs due to genetic factors and breed characteristics.
