Distances on the road, or very large parcels of land. Probably the distance from the earth to the moon.
To name a few: millimeters, centimeters, meters, kilometers, inches, feet, yards, miles, and astronomical units (about 93 million miles each). Any these, and more, are used to measure linear displacement (distance).
Another name for latitude is "parallels." Lines of latitude run horizontally around the Earth and measure the distance north or south of the Equator in degrees.
The widest part of the planet is the equator. The earth is 24, 901 miles around at that point. That is 40,075 kilometers.
The Semi-major axis. This is one Atronomical Unit (AU). The distance varies in practice though, due to the orbit not being a perfect and centralised circle. The perihelion is the shortest distance that a planet will be to the sun, the aphelion the longest.
The appropriate measure would depend on whether you wanted to measure its circumference, area, volume, temperature or some other attribute. For this reason, it is not possible to name an appropriate unit.
The name of her.
meter

In vacuum, the distance would be roughly 11.2 million miles (rounded). It's never used as a unit of measure, so it doesn't have any particular name, and would be called simply "one light-minute". The distance from Earth to the Sun is about 81/3 of them.
"Midlands" is the common name of England. As such, it distance would be about 8939 kilometers (5,555 miles).
Imperial
It could be length, or even distance if the length is longer that a standard tape measure.
In spite of its name, a light year does not indicate time, but it indicates distance! It actually equates to the distance that light travels in one Earth year, which is a very big distance, seeing that light travels at 186,000 miles per second.

There are 5,400 liters in 5.4 kiloliters. Just refer to the "Metric Capacity Conversion Table".Note: The name may or may not be called the MCCT but it is pretty much what its purpose is.
Thailand is the name of the country. You can't measure the distance between Auckland from New Zealand.
