Other than the US who else uses inches feet yards etc?

No countries use feet and inches in the world except for the United States but some countries that trade with the USA still use them as a secondary system for export items. Other countries like Canada and other members of the old British Common stil have a familiarity with the Imperial (foot and inches) system and expressions. In these counties a wall stud is still colloquially a 2x4 and a tall man "over 6' "
