The body-centered cubic system has a lattice point at each of the eight corner points of the unit cell plus one lattice point in the centre. Thus it has a net total of 2 lattice points per unit cell ( 1⁄8 × 8 + 1).

The face-centered cubic system has lattice points on the faces of the cube, that each gives exactly one half contribution, in addition to the corner lattice points, giving a total of 4 lattice points per unit cell ( 1⁄8 × 8 from the corners plus  1⁄2 × 6 from the faces).

What are the levels of the organization from simple to complex?

The most simple are the cells. They form tissues and different tissues form organs. Different organs form organ systems and all the organ systems together form an organism like you.

What are simple and complex permanent tissues?

Simple permanent tissues are composed of similar types of cells and have a uniform structure, like parenchyma, collenchyma, and sclerenchyma. Complex permanent tissues, like xylem and phloem, are made up of different types of cells working together to carry out specialized functions such as support and transport in plants.

How are bacteria cells and plant cells different?

Bacteria usually don't have all the organelles that plant and animal cells do, such as mitochondria, chloroplasts (plants), golgi apparatus, smooth and rough endoplasmic reticulums, etc. Bacteria cells are simple as compared to the plant and animal cells.

How are cilia cells different to a simple cell?

Cilia cells are specialized cells that have hair-like structures called cilia that aid in movement or sensing stimuli. Simple cells do not have cilia and are basic cells that perform general functions within the body. Cilia cells are more complex and have specific functions related to moving substances or detecting signals.
