Lortab just like any other drug can stay show in your system especially in a drug screening. Most opiates (such as lortab & Xanax) can stay in your system for up to a week. Depending on how many you have taken, less than 8 will be the normal 72 hours and more than 8 could take up to 5-7 days. Drink as much water as you atleast 2-3 gallons a day. They do not stay in you system as long as marijuana but depending on your body size... weight and how many you have taken will reflect on how long it takes to get out of there! So drink water and lots of it!!!

To help speed up the elimination of Loratabs from the system, it's important to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water. Additionally, engaging in physical activity or exercise can help accelerate metabolism and elimination of the drug. However, it's crucial to always consult a healthcare professional for guidance on managing drug clearance from the body.
