2.75*10*6 ms is a measure of distance times time - which is a strange measure. Perhaps you meant ms^-1 which would be a measure of speed or velocity.

Metre per length is a pure, dimensionless number.

The two measure different things and, according to basic principles of dimensional analysis, any attempt at conversion from one to the other is fundamentally flawed.
