A large post-micturition residual refers to the amount of urine left in the bladder after urination. In this case, it is associated with a prostatic mass of 40gms, which could indicate benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) or prostate cancer. Having a significant post-micturition residual along with a prostatic mass may lead to urinary symptoms like hesitancy, incomplete emptying, and increased frequency of urination.

How much residual should you get from a g tube?

Residual volume from a gastrostomy tube (G-tube) should be checked before feeding to ensure it is less than a specified amount (usually 100-200 mL) as a large residual volume may indicate feeding intolerance or gastric retention. If the residual volume exceeds the defined threshold, it is important to follow the healthcare provider's instructions on how to proceed with feeding.

Whats the definition of residual versus mass poverty in developed versus less developed countries?

it is a situation in which a large section of people in economy are deprived of the basic necessities

What is meant by Residual Hills?

Residual hills are landforms that remain after erosion has worn away the surrounding material, leaving behind harder rocks or deposits that are more resistant to erosion. They are often found in regions with moderate to high levels of erosion and can have unique shapes and features due to the varying rates of erosion on different types of rock.

When you use your regression line to predict values that are not in the sample and discovered large residual values in each prediction what can you say about your regression line?

There are several possible explanations: Leaving aside the two most obvious reasons: calculation error and attempted extrapolation, there are the following possibilities: The true relationship is non-linear. A relevant variable has been missed omitted. The observations are very variable: leading to a very large residual error. There is not enough variation in the independent (or predictive) variable so that Sxx is very small.

Does thermal conductivity play a role in the development of residual stresses in metal?

Answer In most applications, I would not expect Thermal conductivity to be a factor. Only in applications where the part is exposed to extreme heat or cold or large fluctuations in temperatures under loads.

What is flux residue?

When large magnetomotive force is applied to the core and then removed. The flux in the core doesn't reach zero. Instead, a magnetic field is left behind in the core. This magnetic field is called residual flux in the core. MOHSIN BB-EE-NED

How does cheese break down inside your body?

Cheese is broken down in the stomach using the pepsin enzyme to break down the proteins and fats. Then, these proteins and fats are absorbed through the small intestine. The residual mass (such as rennet) is passed onto the large intestine to dispose.

Why removal of residual suspended solids effectively removes residual BOD5?

Removal of residual suspended solids can help remove residual BOD5 because BOD5 is a measure of the amount of oxygen required by microorganisms to decompose organic matter in water. When suspended solids are removed, there is less organic matter available for microbial decomposition, thus reducing the BOD5 levels in the water.

What is D 6 virgin fuel oil?

D6 virgin fuel oil is a type of residual fuel oil used in power plants and large ships that is produced from the refining of crude oil. It is a heavy, viscous oil with a high sulfur content, typically used as a fuel for industrial purposes.

What is a waste product from one iron ore?

One waste product from iron ore processing is tailings, which are the byproducts of the mining and extraction process. Tailings are typically comprised of finely ground rock, water, and residual chemicals used in the extraction process. They are often stored in large containment areas called tailings dams.

What divided the north and the south that led to the civil war?

The big immediate issue was the law requiring all new states to be non slave states. The underlying large issue was the erosion of residual state sovereignty guaranteed in the 9th and 10th amendments of the constitution. That larger issue is still being fought in the courts today.

Can only giant stars become black holes?

The basic requisite is that enough mass gets together. This can happen with a large star if, after it explodes as a supernova, enough residual mass remains to go beyond the limit of a white dwarf, and of a neutron star. Yet there is also another possibility: a star may end up first as a white dwarf or as a neutron star, but it may eventually receive enough infalling matter to become a black hole. The basic requisite is that enough mass gets together.
