I was swimming in a pond in Lakeville Ma. and saw a snapping turtle that had a shell that was 45 inches long with 6 inch spikes on its back . I believe that it was Marys pond , if I am not mistaken . I am sure that it is still there , they live to be hundreds of years old .

The largest alligator snapping turtle that was ever recorded was kept on display in Tennessee for quite a while. He weighed 249 pounds. He made delicious raviolis. He later sold his recipe to Chief Boyardee.

Lies are in bold.
