Two things rate as the largest origami structures.
A 81.94 m [268 ft 10 in] crane was constructed 2009 in Hiroshima, Japan as part of the Peace Piece Project.
The longest project was a 649 m (2128 ft) catepillar in Germany 2004. It took 60 people 60 hours and 25,000 sheets of paper to make this big bug.
The Great Pyramid was the tallest man-made structure in the world for over 3,800 years.
The largest structure is the Great Wall. The largest category of "stuff" is dark energy.
IN 1999, the portable structure or tent which is called 'Tensile 1' was awarded the 'Worlds Largest Portable Event Venue'. The structure has a surface area of nearly 14,000 square metres or 150,000 square feet in one structure, ie not lots of smaller structures joined together. (Guinness World Records, (1999) Guinness Superlatives, London).
The Boeing Plant in Everett, Washington uses 398,000 m2 or 4.3 million sq ft of area and 13.3 million m3 or 472 million cu ft.
that's a bit tricky question. E.g. in B-lymphocytes, Endoplasmic reticulum with Golgi would that be. In theory, you could say that cytoplasm is the largest "structure". Usually, you would answer that the largest cellular structure is plasmatic membrane, but this is not intracellular. So I conclude that in many cells, cytoskeleton is the largest intracellular structure. Cytoskeleton is quite wide in many cells. By the way, in plants it is easier - usually, vacuole is definitely the largest structure in many plant cell types.
