The largest American Bully I've ever heard of was 141 pounds. That is not an American Pit Bull Terrier though. If an APBT gets over 65-70 pounds I'd start to question it's purity. This is not a large breed.

The bigger a real pitbull could grow is 75 pounds but this is rare. The most usual big weight is around 70 pounds. If you see or hear about a dog weighting more that that, is for sure not a real pitbull.
