I am not quite positave, but i think that the answer to this is PLASMA. not like your plasma TV, rather plasma from the sun. This is part of the reason why we wear sun screen and it helps our tan along. However, this Plasma can be very dangerouse. It may kill a human being when exposed for to long (don't worry, you will KNOW when you are exposed for to long) and it can burn any part of your body. It is extremely radio active and VERY VERY VERY dangerouse.
