i believe its the fentanyl patch. BUT the oxycontins, morphine, and diladud's are VERY STRONG and VERY POTENT. id have to say diladuds. maybe... There are analogues of fentanyl which are thousands of times as potent as fentanyl and they are the strongest family of painkillers.

Fentanyl is 80 times more powerful than morphine. Fentanyl is carried in IV form by most Ambulances and all Hospitles. It is considered to be one of the most powerful pain meds. I am a EMT and have seen the effects of this drug in controlled and uncontrolled settings(ODs). SO be very careful and only use as directed.

I have had alot of pain medication perscribed to me and the strongest one was called opana. The active drug in opana is oxymorphone. It is similar to morhine and oxycodone, but although similar they still a completely different drug.
