Dicopomorpha echmepterygis is a parasitic wasp in the family Mymaridae. The males of this species are the smallest of all known insects. They are blind and wingless and may be no more than 0.139 mm in length (smaller than a single-celled paramecium). Females are 40% larger. Obviously, the eggs and larvae of this wasp are considerably smaller than the adult.
This species from Illinois is an idiobiont parasitoid of the eggs of a lepidopsocid barklouse, Echmepteryx hageni. The adult males mate with their sisters inside the host egg, and die without ever leaving the egg; similar life histories can be found in the wasp family Trichogrammatidae, also in the superfamily Chalcidoidea.

If microbes can be considered, then Amoeba or most probably virus is the smallest creature. But even an atom of a living creature is said to be the smallest living thing. This cannot be true as atoms are made up of smaller units. If microbes are excluded, then the smallest creature is a male parasitic wasp which measures up to just 139 micrometers in length.
It is the third largest.
cells are different. depends on what type of cell, how they function, etc.
The smallest Digimon is Pyocomon, which resembles a small blob creature with minimal features. It is only a few inches tall and lacks any significant physical capabilities compared to larger Digimon.
Heart, liver, brain, small intestine, etc.
