Glock manufactures 3 subcompact pistols - the 26, 29, and 33 - of which, the Glock 26 is the smallest. Image attached below.

Actually, the smallest pistol that Glock makes is a model 25, in .380 ACP, however, that particular model is not available on the commercial market in the U.S. but it is available to Law Enforcement in the U.S. and it is available commercially in other countries.

As of January 2014, Glock produces an USA made, .380 pistol. The G42. It is the smallest Glock pistol at this time.

EDITED TO IMPROVE: I've never heard of that, and I've been intrested in handguns for 25 years and visited hundreds of gun stores and gun shows across the United States.

The smallest commercially available handgun I've ever seen is made by North American Arms (NAA). One of their models comes in .22 short caliber, and the barrel is just over one inch long. The entire pistol is smaller than a mobile phone. This gun made of stainless steel, holds 5 shots (it is a mini-revolver) and sells for about $200 (USD).
