Voltage: The proper term is 'electromotive force'. It's measured in volts.
Current: Measured in amperes.
Resistance: Measured in ohms.

Resistance: the ohm
These are the international (SI) units; unlike units for length, mass, etc., other units are NOT commonly used (except for metric prefixes, such as milliampere, kilohm, etc.).
The standard unit used to measure voltage is the volt (V).

The SI unit of voltage is the Volt, which is a derived unit equivalent to a Joule/Coulomb.
The unit used to measure voltage is the volt, symbolized as "V". It is the representation of electric potential difference or electromotive force in an electrical circuit.

I used millimeters (mm) as the standard unit of length to measure the paperclip.

degrees, minutes and seconds. (and radians are also a standard unit of angular measure).
Volts
Ohms measure electrical resistance. The resistance in ohms is the voltage divided by the current.

it is a quantity defined as work done per unit charge.it has same unit as voltage which is volt represented by 'V'.
The SI unit for pressure is a Pascal but in this case the standard unit is the standard atmosphere (= 101325 Pa).
