∙ 14y agoIf the heater has a specified branch circuit rating with the manufacturer's information then follow that. If not then assuming it is to be run more than 3 hours per day:
19.7 A x 1.25 = 24.6 A
Next size standard breaker is 25 A (see NEC 240.6)
So you will need #10 AWG Copper and a 25A 2 pole breaker.

∙ 14y agoFor a 208V, 19A, 4100W, 2-wire, 1-phase heater, you would need a circuit breaker rated for at least 19A and wire size rated for 19A or higher. A 20A circuit breaker with appropriately sized wire, such as AWG 10 for copper or AWG 8 for aluminum, would be suitable for this heater's requirements.
You can use a GE tandem breaker of the same size and specifications to replace another GE tandem breaker. It is important to refer to the electrical panel's specifications and the breaker compatibility list to ensure the right fit and proper function. Always consult a qualified electrician if unsure.

Boiling is a physical process, a change of phase.

A typical block heater for a car engine would be around 400-1500 watts, depending on the size and efficiency of the heater. This kind of heater is used to keep the engine warm in cold weather for easier start-ups.
If you mean "a" circuit breaker for two (2) three-phase motors, then yes. As long as the rating is not exceeded by the current draw of the two motors. This would, of course, require the use of a three phase breaker arrangement, and power from a three phase source. The question is kind of vague. Now, just saying that it can be done is one thing, but should it be done? That is where you need to refer to your local authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) over electrical matters. However, in a normal industrial/commercial setting (3-phase power), an MCC would normally be used, with one breaker/circuit per motor.
Your gas heater doesn't come on? Why's that? What kind of heater is it? Have you gone to the manufacturer's website, looked up the owner's manual and read he "troubleshooting" section? If you've done that and you still don't have heat, you should check the breaker, check the fuse mounted next to the heater, and then call a reputable HVAC contractor.

#12/2wground & a 20 amp breaker should be enough for lights,receptales.

You'll need to be far more specific. What sort of heater? What kind of controls does it have? Thermostat settings?
The 4100 takes an SD card. We suggest a high speed card.
You use the correct size breaker that matches the wiring. The correct amperage will be listed in the owners manual for the tub.
A phase change.

In North America a two pole breaker will be used in the distribution panel for a supply of 240 volts for a 240 volt load.
