Thats kind of a trick question, a kiloliter would actually be called a cubic meter ;-) But to get back to your problem : 1 milliliter = 1/1000 of a liter 1 kiloliter = 1000 liter (kilo meaning exactly that, 1000) So 1 kiloliter = 1000 * 1000 ml = 1000000 ml or a million milliliters
