How can humans think independently if you are only made of atoms and molecules?

This is a very philosophoical question if you think about it. First of all, have you heard of this chain.Subparticles make atomsAtoms make moleculesMolecules make oraganells, energy, and all necessitiesOraganelles make cellsCells working together make a tissueTissues working together make an organA group of organs working together makes an organ systemA group of organ systems working together makes an organism. There is moreA group of organisms working together is a niche.Niches to communityCommunities to ecosystemEcosystems to biosphereBioshperes to the planet.Anyway, the brain is just made of atoms in general, but the cells are the memory keepers. Molecules in the cell all help in keeping information. Memory is not stored as words, but as codes that are kept by the cell. When the memory is needed, it is decoded and recalled. Since our brains can store more information, we can evolve ourselves without forgetting much. We build on our own and we evolve as a group. In summary, the atoms make molecules which make/help cells remember codes.
