I have read other articles several years ago, that stated that Bruce Lee, pound for pound, was the strongest man that ever lived. He was 140lbs in weight and he could hold a 120lb barbell straight out in front of him with his arms fully extended for 5 seconds. That is close to his own weight. How many men you know can actually extended their arms while holding close to 90% of their weight? Remember, I read this in an online article. How credible it is I do not know. But go ahead and do the research yourself and see what you come up with. But if you really thought about it, knowing how Bruce Lee was, don't you think that this fact could actually be true? I bet when a lot of you read this statement that BRUCE LEE is pound for pound the strongest man, a lot of you could believe it. In reality though Marius Pudzianouski is the strongest pound per pound given all of his achivements.
