There is no sensible answer to this question. A gallon is a measure of volume, with dimensions [L3]. A ton is a measure of mass, with dimensions [M]. Basic dimensional analysis teaches that in most cases you cannot convert between measures with different dimensions without additional information. It should be clear after only a little thought that a ton of air will occupy many more gallons than a ton of heavy crude oil, for example.
