the 454 has way more power it can out run a viper and a corvette any time and day it has over 500 horses stock and is known for torque due to the longer effective stroke, the350 it also has power but the numbers say the difference the 350 has like 350horses but the 350 is known for its max number of RPMs cause it has a shorter stroke, so it will allow for a faster response time you do the math
in weighted average method we assigns the weight to the averages while in average methods we dnt do this

The volume of a sphere is:* Vs = 4/3¶r3 The formula to find radius is: * r = d/2* r = 6in/2* r = 3in Now, substitute r for the value of 6in.* Vs = 4/3¶(6in)3* Vs = 4/3¶(27in3) * Vs = 4¶(9in3) * Vs = 36¶in3 The exact value without leaving pi in the equation is:* Vs = 113.097in3¶ = pi¶ = 3.14

Fuel injection vs carburation.
The 350 Rocket from the olds is Far superior. I just put one in my Grand Prix switched from the 350 Chevy and with a 4 barrel holly carb you will notice a BIG difference.
My opinion is that when it comes to a 660 vs banshee 350, 660 takes the lead.
36.2791% difference.
yield vs ytd
.30 vs. .355
If you do mostly city driving the 350 will do better because of the torque required to get it off the line. If you do more highway driving the 283 is a better choice for fuel economy.
no
The 305 & 350 are basically the same engine. The 305 just has a smaller bore(3.736 vs. 4.000), not quite the power or torque, but durability should be almost identical. It is more costy to rebuild a 305 than a 350 due to the popularity of the 350. If power is not an issue then go for the 305 if you can get one cheaper. If you want more power, then a 350 is the way to go.
Too many variables.
There is no real way of answering this without knowing the dimensions of your tires and what the application is. Big difference in how you'd gear a station wagon vs. how you'd gear a mud bogging truck.
