No, quardilaterals are polygon having four sides with closed structure e.g. square, rectangle, rhombus etc. Whereas a square is a quardilateral having four equal sides with angle of 90o in all four corner. So all squares are quardilateral, but all quardilateral are not squares

No, not all quadrilaterals are square. A square is a shape with 4 equal sides with 4 right angles. But there are other quadrilaterals like parallelogram and rectangles and trapezoids.
