Actually, it is probably impossible to write out a googolplex in standard form!

In exponential (compact) form, a googolplex is 10 to the power of 10 to the power of 100, which is actually quite a lot: 1 followed by 10 to the power of 100 zeroes. That's 10100 zeroes- and a billion is followed only by 9. So it would take an eternity to even write the number of zeroes that would be required to write a googolplex, which can hardly describe the immensity of the task of writing googolplex itself!

Imagine this: you've been given the task of counting out one billion zeroes. Considering that there's less than a million seconds in 24 hours, you can probably imagine that this would take a LONG time- probably over 10 days, without stopping. But that's just 109- if you were counting out 1010, it would take TEN TIMES as long to write out! Then there's 1011 ( a hundred times longer), then 1012 (a thousand times longer), then 1013 (ten thousand times longer)...all the way up to 10100, when you would finally reach googolplex. If you could write one zero every second, and even dedicated your entire life to counting out googolplex, you wouldn't even come close to finishing it in your lifetime!

How many zeroes are there in a googolplex?

A googolplex is one followed by a googol zeroes. A googol is equal to 10^100, or 10000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000.A googolplex is defined as a one, followed by googol (10100) zeroes. Don't try to write this out.

What is googolplex raised to the power of googolplex?

The name of that number would be Fzgoogolplex it is googolplex^googolplex

What is Ten to the tenth to the 100th the power?

The number 10 to the 10th to the 100th power is called a googolplex. This number has not officially been accepted by the math world as it is a one "with as many zeroes as you can write" next to it.

Is googolplex higher than infinity?

Mathematically = No. Googolplex is a number, and you can do all the mathematical operations with it. For example: (2 googolplex) plus (2 googolplex) = 4 googolplex. Infinity is more than any number you can write, and you can't do any mathematical operations with it. Example: (Infinity) divided by (3,000) = still infinity. Another example (I can't resist this): (Infinity) divided by (googolplex) = still infinity. But in our physical universe, nothing is infinite! Here's an example. If you were to fill the universe (its entire volume) with particles and with no empty spaces, it would take about 10^80 particles. Therefore you wouldn't even have enough space in the universe to write the number googolplex!

What is googolplex squared?

1 googol = 10100 1 googolplex = 10googol 1 googolplex = 1010^100 = 101000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 (1 googolplex)2 = 101000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 * 101000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 = 102000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 Therefore, a googolplex squared is equal to a one followed by two googol zeros. So there you have it, messy but true.

Is it impossible to write a googolplex since it's a 1 followed by 10 duotrigintillion zeroes?

Yes, it is impossible to write a googolplex (a 1 with 10 duotrigintillion zeros behind it) down in number form, because there's not enough room to write all the zeros in.

How long does it take to write a googolplex?

Oh, dude, a googolplex is like a really big number with a one followed by a googol zeros. So, technically, you could start writing it now and probably finish sometime after the heat death of the universe. But hey, if you've got a spare eternity lying around, go for it!

Is there a number that has a googolplex zeros?

Googolduplex (and some variations).See related links. The numbers actually are googol and googolplex. Google is the website. See related link for an idea of the scale of googol and googolplex, especially the part where Carl Sagan explains that to write out the number googolplex would require more space than is in the known universe.

There's no such number as "googolpexian". The word sounds similar to "googolplex", which has a googol (10^100) zeroes.
