Do you mean $1,000,000? If so read this excerpt from an essay I wrote.

A Federal Reserve note is stated to have a

Length of 6.14 inches, a

Width of 2.61 inches, and a

Thickness of .0043 inches.

For a volume of: 0.0689 cubic inches.

A new $100 stack of a hundred bills, occupies approximately 6.2 x 2.7 x 0.45 inches.

Approx. volume is 8.37 cu in. Using a looser approximation of 6¼ x2 ¾ x ½ yields 8.6 cu in when measured, allowing for a little airspace between the bills. A typical packed briefcase would hold 1,000,000 dollars in hundred dollar bills (100 stacks of of a hundred $100 bills).

Using my briefcase as a model, it would only hold 84 stacks, 840,000 dollars, or 'movie style', 600,000 dollars... see below. Yet in movies you see them packed with 100's and sometimes some lower denominations where it is claimed that there is 2,5,10, 20 or even more millions of dollars in the briefcase. Also note that the briefcase is usually only ¾ full so that it opens easily and neatly (movie style).
